Downswing...

Well, I've been on a pretty bad downswing. After one of my sessions on the 12th, I was doing very good. However, later that night, I was up for some 12 tabling 2/4 NL. I dropped about 7.5 buyins and have managed to lose another buyin today. However, using the sweet tool I found for pokertracker, I'm only down 5 buyins overall from the 12th-13th. You can see this below.

Montly Stats For The Summer!

Well, for only playing part-time this summer as a college student, I am very pleased with my cash game results thus far this summer. I just figured out on PokerTracker how to even see these stats. And then I figured, what the hell, I'll upload them on my blog. Hope you enjoy. (Please take note that the bb/100 is very flawed because that includes the times I went to like .05/.10 NL and pushed all in about 50 times in a row. That really screws up the total bb/100.)

lack of updates...

well, sorry for the lack of updates; but nothing much has been happening with my game. I've basically been swimming in quick sand. I made it very deep a couple weeks ago in the FTP 200k but took a very, very sick beat. I got all my chips in after a flop as a 90-10 chance of winning. He hit runner, runner, 4 to the flush to beat me for a monster pot with 14 left. meh, what can you do. As far as cash games goes, I've been playing 2/4 NL. My goal is to play 40k more hands of 2/4 NL, before I move up to 3/6. After playing 40k hands of 2/4 NL, I should be able to profit around 16,000 if I average at least 5 bb/100... I'm near 5.8 bb/100 after 60k hands already, so I think this is possible. That would put my bankroll at an all-time high, and I think I would be more than ready for 3/6. Well, I should be very busy in the coming weeks. Sometime this week I will need to move into college, and in about 10 days, I will leave for Aruba. Should be a great time! Thanks.
