Today was a decent day. I played well in 2/4 limit. I played a ton of tournaments with no luck.
BANKROLL: +73
+600
Today was a decent day. I played well in 2/4 limit. I played a ton of tournaments with no luck.
Yesterday, I decided to put the rest of my new BankRoll on PokerStars. $500. Remember I started with $800 and lost $300 the first night. Anyways, I tilted pretty hard with that $500. I was down to about $130 dollars and saw the $100+9 MTT starting up. I said screw it and entered the field of 300. I ended up taking 6th for $1327.
I had a terrible first day. I couldn't get PokerTracker figured out either so I couldn't really keep track of my cash game stats. However, I did get my 800 to over 1100. However, I played terrible and dropped clear down to 500. I'm thinking about putting money on Stars and freakishly multi-tabling the 60 dollar turbos. I think this would be a good way to rebuild my BR. I gotta do something.
First of all, welcome to my blog. I hope you enjoy reading it. Goals, Goals, Goals.... are very important for any serious poker player. Latley, I have started having moderate success in MTT's. However, I am shifting my attention to cash game play. In the past month or two, I have been playing a ton of cash games. I improve everytime, learn from my mistakes, and go from there. I have been a member of Cardrunners since the month of December. This site has been very instrumental in the development of my poker game skills in general. Excellent investment for anyone interested in the game. Anyways, I have made up my mind to start over. I am going to be starting at .25/.50 NL. In this blog, I will be starting with $800.
